Cookies are short text fragments (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (the information on the client (the browser) to be reused during the same visit to the website (session cookies) or later, even days later (persistent cookies). The cookies are stored, based on the spreference of the user, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Simillar technologies, such as, for exambple, web beacons, transparent GIFs, and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, can be used to collect information about user behavior and use of services.
In the remainder of this document we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies using simply the term “cookies.”
Types of cookies
On the basis of the cookies characteristics and use we can distinguish different categories:
Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential to fulfill the activity requested by the user. For example, to memorize information provided by the user while surfing on the website or to manage the status of “login” during the visit. These cookies, always sent from our domain, are necessary to properly display the site and in relation to the technical services offered, so they will always be used and sent, unless the user changes the settings in their browser (thus affecting the display of pages on the site).
Analysisi and performance cookies. These are cookies used to collect and analyze site traffic and usage anonymously. These cookies, while not identifying the user, allow, for example, detection of whether the same user returns to log in at different times. They also make it possible to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability. Deactivation of such cookies can be performed without any loss of functionality.
Duration of cookies
Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies “survive” when the browser is closed and are available on subsequent visits by the user. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is set by the server when they are created. In some cases an expiration date is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited. However, as you navigate the pages of www.dambo.it, you may interact with sites operated by third parties that may create or modify persistent cookies.
When visiting a website, you may receive cookies either from the site you visit (“owners”) or from sites operated by other organizations (“third parties”).
The www.dambo.it website also includes certain components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Again, these are third-party cookies collected and maintained anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies).
Google Analytics uses “cookies” to anonymously collect and analyze information about site usage behavior (the user’s IP address is anonymized by following the procedure provided by Google https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=en). These data are collected by Google Analytics, which processes them for the purpose of compiling reports for Easy Work Monopoly operators regarding activity on the websites themselves. This site does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) Google’s analytics tool to track or collect personally identifiable information. Google does not associate IP address with any other data held by Google or attempt to link an IP address with a user’s identity. Google may also disclose this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process this information on Google’s behalf.
For more information, please refer to the link below: https://www.google.it/policies/privacy/partners/.
Users can selectively disable the action of Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on their browsers. To disable the action of Google Analytics, please refer to the link below: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
This site uses Google Maps “cookies” to display the interactive map and preset location. They are also used to store user preferences when using the map.
Google’s data protection statement is available at the following link: http://www.google.si/policies/technologies/cookies/.
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies using their browser settings.
Please note: Disabling all or part of technical cookies may affect the use of site features reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the usability of public content is also possible by disabling cookies completely.
Disabling “third-party” cookies does not affect navigability in any way.
The setting can be defined specifically for different sites and web applications. In addition, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for “proprietary” and “third-party” cookies.
As an example, in Firefox, through the menu Tools->Options->Privacy, you can access a control panel where you can define whether or not to accept different types of cookies and proceed to their removal.

Third Party ewebsites and services
Other unexpected cookies/cookies
Given how the Internet and Web sites work, we are not always able to control cookies that are stored by third parties through our Web site. This is especially true in cases where the Web page contains so-called embedded elements: text, documents, images or short movies that are stored elsewhere, but are displayed in or through our Web site.
Accordingly, should a cookie not attributable to one of the listed third-party services be detected on the Web site, please notify us. Alternatively, you can contact the relevant third parties directly and ask about the cookies they send, for what purposes, what their duration is, and how they ensure user privacy.
